Fun Fact: You Put Unwashed Sheep Filth On Your Face Today

Your lotion, shampoo, shaving cream, and lipstick are all full of a substance called lanolin. When you don't bathe for a while, it feels like your hair is covered in hobo salad dressing. Pretty gross, right? That's the type of thing you try to get off yourself before going outdoors, not smear on your mouth when you're trying to impress people.

But that's what lanolin is ... to a sheep -- an animal that rarely gets the chance to lather, rinse, and repeat. So yes, you're literally scrubbing your face with unwashed farm animal. There's no huge health risk to doing it (unless you decide to eat it), but just know that when you kiss someone, you're also kissing every sheep that they've ever smeared on themselves.
